What is Solubag non-woven fabric?

Solubag non-woven fabric is produced using the spunbond method. The production line melts polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) granulate

and the extruder drives the melt through thousands of nozzles. This creates individual fibers from it and creates a continuous textile layer from the fibers. Solubag non-woven fabric has a wide range of uses, it is used to make packaging, disposable masks, sleeves and clothes. It is also used in agriculture, where it replaces geotextiles. The main advantage is its biodegradability, the Solubag non-woven fabric completely decomposes in nature into water and carbon dioxide.

Solubag bags are certified by SZÚ for food contact. They are healthy, hygienic, light, airy and easy to store. You can use the bags repeatedly and they can be washed at a low temperature of up to 30 °C.

And when the bag is used up, you can easily dissolve it in hot water at 85 °C.

We will print the bag for you with ecological DuPont colors.
