PVA Granulate

PVA Granulate are small, irregular, transparent granules with a slight yellowish tinge.

Both non-woven fabric and soluble film can be made from PVA Granulate. During non-woven fabric production, the granulate is melted and then passes through an extruder, where the melt is extruded through thousands of tiny nozzles at higher temperature and pressure. This procedure creates individual fibers, which are then processed into a continuous textile layer. This creates a non-woven fabric. In the case of foil production, the melt is extruded into a constant "sleeve" from which the foil is subsequently formatted. PVA Granulate can also be used for 3D printing.

PVA granulate is a universal material whose unique properties, such as solubility in water and biodegradability, they predestinate it for use in various industries.
